How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in password protected files within Google Workspace and within the Squarespace dashboard . This provides cloud-based storage with built in controls for encryption and verification.
We keep your name and contact details for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting the records containing your data from our database, files and any back-ups.
